Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with expertise in Odoo ERP implementation and customization. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, developing custom modules, providing technical support, and training end-users.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand business requirements

Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs

Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules

Provide technical support to end-users

Conduct Odoo training sessions for staff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and functionalities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP

Strong technical skills in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

Experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Odoo certification is a plus

MBA is a plus
